After being denied the right to adopt in another state, clients (life partners for over 12 years) contacted our firm about the possibility of adopting their beautiful little girl who was conceived through artificial insemination of an anonymous donor. Fortunately for our clients, York County has recognized the right of same sex partners to adopt for many years.
