My professional goals in 2026 are to build and operate a far more specialized legal practice centered on conflict resolution, and strategic advisory services, while limiting my acceptance of cases in family law litigation.
Core Focus: Agreement-Based Solutions aimed to cause my clients less stress and less legal fees.
My primary commitment is to help my clients achieve resolutions outside the traditional courtroom setting. I believe the most valuable legal services involve avoiding conflict rather than engaging in it or fanning the fires of litigation.
My legal practice will be structured around:
- Comprehensive Mediation Services: Serving as a dedicated mediator for civil, domestic, or business disputes, facilitating constructive dialogue to reach mutually acceptable agreements efficiently and privately, and with speed, less stress, and saving legal fees in the process.
- Drafting of Agreements: Specializing in the proactive advice, review, and negotiation of clear settlements, contracts, and transactional documents designed to minimize future conflict.
- Litigation Approach: Selective, Strategic, and Highly Discerning
I have adopted a highly selective approach to litigation and high-conflict cases. My goal is not to be only a trial lawyer in the conventional sense, as I have been in the last several years, but a strategic advisor who views litigation more as a last resort.
- Criteria for Case Selection: I will be deliberately “choosy,” accepting only a limited number of cases per year where mediation has genuinely failed, where the client’s position is demonstrably sound, and where strategic litigation is the only viable path to justice, and the client will be of sound mind and mental clarity.
- Focus on Efficiency and Resolution: Even when litigation is necessary, my approach will be aimed at strategic positioning for early settlement and efficient resolution, rather than protracted courtroom battles.
The Vision
In 2026, my practice will measure success not by the number of trials won, but by the number of conflicts averted, the stability of the agreements reached, and the peace of mind my clients retain. I aim to be recognized as a solutions-oriented attorney who prioritizes clarity, consensus, and value-driven legal counsel. As I have been moving my practice in this direction in the last couple of years, my focus is sharp and dedicated to my chosen clients.
