Defiant Trespass case

We recently got a defiant trespass case dismissed against our client at the District Court. After a full summary trial with witnesses against our client, the case was completely dismissed and our client was found Not Guilty. Many times during a divorce/custody case, criminal charges are lodged against a party that are strictly done to influence the custody case.
