Custody Relocation Win

We recently won a Custody Relocation Hearing December 22, 2011 in the Court of Common Pleas. Our client wanted to move to Alabama from York County with her two young children. There were allegations of abuse against the father and in the best interests of the children, the Court ruled in her favor and she has already moved to a safe and happy location with her loving family. It was a great victory for our client as Custody Relocations are extremely difficult cases and often rare to achieve in our county.
