Ilkhanoff & Silverstein P.C. is pleased to announce that Bernard Ilkhanoff has been named the President-Elect of the Lancaster Bar Association’s (“LBA”) Board of Directors for 2023.
Ilkhanoff has served on the LBA‘s Board of Directors since 2019 in various leadership roles. According to Ilkhanoff, “the LBA serves our community by advocating for fair administration of justice and coordinating volunteer legal service in Lancaster. It serves legal professionals by providing continuing legal education and promoting ethics and collegiality. It is an honor and a privilege to play a part in the long-standing tradition of LBA’s service to its members and the community at large.” The LBA has over 800 members, including attorneys and judges as well as retired attorneys and law students.
Ilkhanoff, who earned his J.D from Temple University, previously served as President of the York Bar Association. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Maryland Associations for Justice and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also active in the Pennsylvania Bar Association leadership, serving as a House Delegate for Zone 3 and as an executive member with the Conference on County Bar Leaders.
